The Hunger Games
ohayou! :D well i'm gonna post about The Hunger Games, like what i promised before, promise? see here, yeah, The Hunger Games. long time ago there was a region named North America, it was destroyed and divided into 14 parts, 13 districts and 1 as the capital, a.k.a The Capitol. each district has their own work, and the results of their work has to be given to The Capitol. after some time, there came the Dark days, where all districts rebelled, hard fought barely won by The Capitol, the end of the rebellion, marked by the destroy of district 13, and to make them remember this, they made The Hunger Games, which held annually, to make them remember how powerful The Capitol is.
The Hunger Games, as mentioned on my post, each district has to send one man and 1 woman, from age 12-18, they are selected from the Reaping, so twelve people from The Capitol sent to all districts, and randomly pick the name which represent their district for The Hunger Games a.k.a Tributes, and for district 12, Primrose Everdeen, who is the sister of Katniss, was chosen, doesn't believe this, Katniss decided to take her place, by saying she volunteered herself for The Games, and for the man, it's Peeta Mellark. Tributes has 3 days to train their self, survival skill, or the offensive one, after that, they'll be tested and scored with scale of 12.00, the higher the score, the better, because it'll attract sponsors, which can help you during The Game, after that, they'll be sent to the field where they start to kill each other, the winner, is the one who survived, and the winner will be given so many wealth.
when the 74th Hunger Games started, 13 people died for the first 8 hours, more and more people get killed until only Katniss, Peeta, Foxface, Clove, Thresh, and Cato. Clove was killed by Thresh for hearing that she killed Rue. it was a big luck for Katniss that she was almost got killed by Clove. then after some time, Katniss and Peeta look for foods, that their food stocks has been decreasing. accidentally, Peeta collected Nightlock, one of the dangerous berry that can kill you immediately, and Foxface eat it, thus making the survivors is only Peeta, Katniss, Cato and Thresh. deciding to end it faster, The Capitol make some wolf mutant, and killed Thresh and Cato.it was announced before that two winners is possible if they come from the same district, but when the survivor is only Peeta and Katniss, The Capitol revision its announcement, saying that only one victor can go home. confused by this, Katniss stated that The Capitol don't own them. so they decide to die together using the remaining Nightlock, right before they eat it, The Capitol revision their rule again, saying that they're the winner. seeing this, The Capitol see some rebellion, and they hate what Katniss and Peeta did. and yeah the rest will be Catching Fire, see ya on my next post about Catching Fire, here are some pics about The Hunger Games
